You should receive your welcome email within 48 hours of your baby's portrait session transmission from the hospital. However, please note that your Welcome Email is not necessary to access your Baby Portrait Page.
To access your baby's portraits, simply visit mom365.com and click the purple button labeled "Order/View Your Baby's Pics Here." If it has been less than two days since your portrait session, we kindly ask you to wait before attempting to sign in.
On the View Your Baby's Portraits page, if you are the parent, enter the email you provided to the photographer during your in-hospital portrait session into the email address field and click sign in.
For first-time users, you will be prompted to create a password upon accessing the site. If you have already created a password but have forgotten it, you can enter your email to receive a password reset link.
If it has been two days since your portrait session in the hospital and you are still unable to locate your account, please click "Submit a Request" to send a ticket to our Customer Care Team.
We kindly ask that you refrain from submitting multiple requests as this may cause delays in our response time.
