You must go thru the redemption process before you can download your Free Digital Keepsake. Please reference the article below for instructions:

After redemption, follow the instructions below to access your Free Digital Keepsake. Log in to your Baby Portrait Page, navigate to "Your Digital Products."
If you are in a web browser, "Your Digital Products" is located in the purple bar at the top of your screen
If you are on your phone, click the 3 bars in the top left of the purple bar, then choose "Your Digital Products."
Your Free Keepsake will be listed under Digital Products and Free Digital Keepsake Redemptions.
