If you’re seeing watermarks on your images, follow these steps to ensure you’re downloading the purchased versions:

Confirm Your Payment
First, check with your financial institution to verify that your payment was successfully processed. Only purchased digital images will be available for download without watermarks. -
Use the Correct Download Method

Do not press and hold the thumbnail to save the image to your phone—this will only save the preview with a watermark.

Instead, click the pink “dancing” download icon on each image to display the download option: Color or Black & White
- Click on Color or Black & White and your photo will download on your device

- To download all purchased images at once, click “DOWNLOAD ALL” to receive a zip file

Locate Your Purchased Images

If you purchased a package with 4 or 8 digital images, scroll down on your baby’s portrait page to find your selected images. Only those included in your package will be available for download without watermarks.

- IMPORTANT: Be sure to notate where the images download to on your device. Once your images are downloaded and open them on your device, they will not contain watermarks.
